How much does GTools.pro cost?

Pricing is public. Solo: EUR 0 (personal). Backup: EUR 14 / user / year. Watchtower (audit): EUR 7 / user / year. Blueprint (config export): EUR 449 / tenant / year. Everything bundle: EUR 2,490 / tenant / year. Move (migration): EUR 9 / migrated seat, one-time, EUR 450 project floor — checkout opening soon.

Do you charge per user, per tenant, or one-time?

It depends on the SKU. Backup and Watchtower are priced per Microsoft 365 user per year. Blueprint and the Everything bundle are per tenant per year. Move (migration) is a one-time, per-migrated-seat project charge. See gtools.pro/pricing for the current table.

Is there a free trial?

The Solo SKU is permanently free for personal Microsoft 365 administrators. Paid SKUs ship with a refund window described in the Trust page.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes. Annual billing is available at checkout and applies a discount versus month-to-month.

Do MSPs get a different rate?

MSPs use the Desktop edition (data never leaves the operator workstation) on a flat-rate license; contact sales for multi-seat MSP terms.

Pricing limitations — what the price does not cover

Published prices cover the GTools.pro software license per administrator. They do not cover Microsoft 365 add-on licenses required by individual tools (Defender XDR for advanced audit signals, Purview eDiscovery Premium for legal-hold workflows, Intune for device-configuration export). They also do not cover destination storage for backup or migration runs — operators bring their own object storage, OneDrive quota, or on-disk volume.

The Solo edition is permanently free for personal Microsoft 365 administrators but is single-user single-tenant by design; tenant-wide backup, audit, config-export, and migration require the matching paid edition. Refund and cancellation terms are documented on the Trust page; SLA credits are available only on the Suite edition.
