Limitations & out-of-scope
Scoped to Group.Read.All, Tasks.Read.All, and Bookings.Read.All — it reads plans, tasks, and appointments but has no write permission, so nothing here can modify a live Planner board or Bookings calendar. Files and messages are explicitly out of scope; Files Backup and Communication Backup cover those workloads. Bookings export depends on the business actually being provisioned in the tenant — there is nothing to export for tenants that never enabled the app.
