Limitations & out-of-scope

Shares its scope set (Mail.Read, Mail.ReadWrite, Calendars.ReadWrite, Contacts.ReadWrite) with regular Mailbox Migration, but unlike that tool this one splits source and target into two separately consented OAuth apps for least privilege — the same dual-app pattern Chat History Export uses. Delegate access and send-as permissions on the shared mailbox are recreated on a best-effort basis; a delegate identity with no equivalent account in the target tenant cannot be mapped automatically.
