Limitations & out-of-scope

SharePoint Permissions Export: Read-only export — this tool never writes back to the tenant. Restoring a captured configuration is a manual operation performed by an administrator using the exported JSON as the source of truth. Tenant-wide settings stored outside Microsoft Graph (legacy admin centers, classic SharePoint) fall outside the export envelope.
