Limitations & out-of-scope
GroupMember.Read.All is read-only and scoped to groups used for SharePoint site permissions specifically — mail-enabled security groups or Exchange distribution lists not also tied to a SharePoint site fall outside this report. Nested-group membership is resolved where Graph exposes it, but very deep nesting chains can hit the same enumeration limits Graph applies to any recursive group-membership query.
