Reports.Read.All supplies the storage-trend and activity data, which — same as Stale Content Report — can lag real usage by roughly two days on Microsoft's own reporting refresh schedule. The tool identifies orphan and low-activity sites; archiving, reassigning ownership, or deleting a site remains a manual action the administrator takes in SharePoint admin center.
